Synergy! Resorts World now operating shuttle bus from branded Barclays plaza to casino

As I wrote 3/31/16, the odd unwillingness to use the term Resorts World Casino NYC Plaza to describe the plaza at the Barclays Center helps developers of Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park promote the plaza as a public amenity to be preserved.

And that bolsters the astounding plan to--which needs state permission--to transfer the huge bulk of the unbuilt tower over that plaza at Flatbush and Atlantic avenues across the street to Site 5, which is today home to Modell's and P.C. Richard and already approved for a substantial building.

But not only does the plaza offers crucial assistance to the arena, its sponsorship has been sold and the plaza can be rented out to private patrons. And now, it seems you can board a free shuttle bus to the casino in Queens (near JFK airport).

The photo below shows a poster in the window of a Vanderbilt Avenue merchant in Prospect Heights. It's interesting that the poster below simply calls it "Barclays Plaza." But the Resorts World Casino web site, as indicated in the screenshot above left, calls it the "Resorts World Casino Plaza."

The Barclays Center stop is on the Chinatown route, as shown in the photo below.
