How preposterous is the "Brooklyn Behemoth" office tower? Well, it's nearly three times the bulk of the proposed Downtown Brooklyn supertall

Remember, the "Brooklyn Behemoth" on Site 5 would have more than 1.5 million square feet over little more than an acre.

Well, below is what 556,164 square feet stretching 1066 feet looks like over little more than an acre next to Junior's and the Dime Savings Bank, as described in an article slated for tomorrow's New York Times, headlined, 73-Story Tower Would Be Brooklyn’s Tallest By Far.

Could the Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park tower be three times the bulk?
