Latest construction alert: overnight railyard deliveries for electrical substation, delayed, may start Feb. 22

According to the latest Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park Construction Alert, issued yesterday (some lead time) for the two weeks beginning Monday, February 15, beginning on Feb. 22, there will be overnight deliveries at the railyard for an electrical substation.

Note that this was supposed to happen in January, then supposed to start this next Monday. There's been no explanation for the delay. So who knows if it will be pushed back again.
