In the wake of a worker's death, the two partial stop-work orders at the Barclays Center site remain as of now, indicating no steel deliveries or erections and the need to "stop all hoisting operations" and to "provide revised rigging plan for frozen zone, loading/unlading areas."
Forest City Ratner spokesman Joe DePlasco on Monday indicated that the work would resume at some point Tuesday. He subsequently told me that he believed "paper work has been submitted for resuming hoisting work."
That may be so, but there's no public indication that it has been processed and approved.
(I'll update this when I learn more.)
