New retail is open: pre-school at 38 Sixth; home décor, jewelry and gift shop at 535 Carlton (with Dean St. address)

As previewed in March, two new retail tenants have opened in the fall. The Wonderforest Nature Preschool, at the 38 Sixth Ave. tower, opened in September.

At the 535 Carlton tower, the space is around the corner on Dean Street, past the parking garage that will serve the whole block.

Announced as the Cain Sloan home décor, jewelry and gift shop, "when we moved into the new retail space at 585 Dean Street I rebranded as A.MANO Brooklyn to reflect the handmade nature of the work available," according to the web site. It opened on Nov. 23, according to their Instagram account.
