As the subtitle says, "Credit an anonymous partner of the arena manager, which--surprise--controls that commercial space."
So it's a surprise to see a quote more radical than the Martin Luther King, Jr. quote in the arena oculus: "The time is always right to do what is right."
It's also a surprise that the arena controls that commercial space, which surely defrays some of the costs of the station naming rights.
