Brownstoner Open Houses moves to 550 Vanderbilt, Oct. 24

From Brownstoner, 10/3/17, RSVP Now for Talk With Bravo Star Ryan Serhant at Brownstoner Open Houses on October 24:
“Million Dollar Listing” star and Nest Seekers broker Ryan Serhant will talk about his experience in the Brooklyn market at the next Brownstoner Open Houses. Attendees can also tour a model apartment and the building at 550 Vanderbilt, where the free networking event will take place.
The model apartment will be staged by City Chemist and Kendra Scott. The 278-unit, 17-story LEED-certified building was designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by Greenland Forest City Partners as part of the 22-acre Pacific Park development.
The event, which will include drinks and appetizers, is the fourth in the Brooklyn real estate networking series, Brownstoner Open Houses. It is hosted by Nest Seekers and 550 Vanderbilt. The evening’s sponsors are Sixpoint Brewery, City Chemist and Kendra Scott.
The soiree will take place Tuesday, October 24 from 6 to 8 p.m. at 550 Vanderbilt Avenue in Prospect Heights.

This is obviously aimed at the real estate industry, but, who knows, it doesn't seem to be restricted.

Below is a screenshot of another announcement. I think "hosted" and "sponsored" mean the same thing. Given that, I'm not sure we should be looking to Brownstoner for any scrutiny of this building.
