Well, BrooklynSpeaks has taken the lead on the last pending Atlantic Yards case, challenging the state's failure to study impacts of an extended buildout.
That case, which combined cases filed by BrooklynSpeaks members (and individuals and elected officials) and by Develop Don't Destroy Brooklyn, were a win for the petitioners. However, the state and Forest City Ratner are appealing, so the case faces a potentially lengthy appeals process, even as the state does produce a Supplementary Environmental Impact Statement.
