New York magazine's Approval Matrix on Atlantic Yards→Pacific Park: very slightly highbrow/despicable

From New York magazine's latest Approval Matrix:

I don't quite agree with the placement. The issues that might push Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park further from brilliant aren't the delays or even the silly synchronicity with an amusement park.

They're more serious, and reflect the cynicism/deception in the name.
