What caused the broken window on the back side of the arena?

So, what caused the broken window on the Sixth Avenue facade of the arena? An errant bird? An angry pedestrian with a boomerang? An employee whose kung fu practice got out of hand?

Unclear, since my query Monday didn't get a response. Last night, four days later, the window was still awaiting replacement.
