As part of West Portal construction for the Pacific Park Brooklyn project Con Edison contractors will be working in the intersection of 6th & Atlantic Avenues on Monday, July 10th during the overnight hours.

Well, it's good--heck, it should be the baseline responsibility--that they're offering advance warning, rather than springing it on unsuspecting neighbors, which is what happened in May. Unmentioned, however, is that this could be quite noisy.
