According to the latest Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park Construction Alert, dated September 29 and covering the next two weeks, there was no indication of evening work for the B3 site at the corner of Dean Street and Sixth Avenue, until overnight work beginning on the night of Friday, October 10, for crane assembly, taking place all weekend.
Also, while trailers with crane parts and associated materials have been mobilized to facilitate crane assembly, and soil characterization borings have been being conducted at the B3 site, there was no indication of after-hours work.
So why, as reported on Atlantic Yards Watch, was there work at the site--across the street from residences--last night at 9 pm? Stay tuned.
