A noise complaint re Jay-Z concert gets a typical response

As noted on Atlantic Yards Watch, a neighbor near the arena filed a noise complaint regarding last night's Jay-Z concert.
The unequipped-to-measure-concert-noise "Police Department responded to the complaint and determined that police action was not necessary," as noted on 311.

Hire an acoustic engineer and you will get accurate noise readings

Don't hire an acoustic engineer and we will continue to get articles about excessive noise and no enforcement

This is a joke. On both sides.

Anyone who wanted to know what the db levels were at various frequencies could, for a few hundred bucks, set up a measurement process and record it live stream. Clearly the city doesn't want to know and lets the willfully ignorant and willfully _____ (fill in the blank) waive their hands and walk away. Those impacted should band together and measure and shame the city into action. Wouldn't it be funny if you could livestream the jayz concert from outside.
