A chain eatery has finally arrived (and there will be more). Tony Roma’s of Brooklyn, NY opens at an unspecified date this fall, on the ground floor of the Atlantic Terrace building, at 673 Atlantic Avenue, catercorner from the Barclays Center. The signage is up.
