Dean Street Squeeze begins near Flatbush Avenue; street, sidewalk narrow for B2 construction

As described, a section of Dean Street east of Flatbush Avenue narrows to 12 feet, and the pedestrian passage narrows to five feet. Groundbreaking for B2, the first Atlantic Yards tower, is Dec. 18.
