Bond With Brooklyn? An "initiative for community building" is marketing TF Cornerstone's apartments around the borough, lately 595 Dean
This morning, an Facebook ad for something called Bond With Brooklyn pointed me to the 595 Dean middle-income affordable housing lottery. That seemed a bit odd, so I clicked around a bit.
The Facebook page, as shown in the screenshot at right, oddly identifies itself as a "Society & culture website" located at 595 Dean, which seems to point to developer TF Cornerstone's two-tower project.

From the website
As of 2019, the Bond With Brooklyn Instagram feed was associated with the company's 33 Bond Street property in Downtown Brooklyn.
Today, the page claims association with the three neighborhoods, but links to the property that needs the biggest boost: 595 Dean, notably the lottery, and features numerous posts promoting life in Prospect Heights.
The website Bond With Brooklyn, of more recent vintage, offers seven blog posts, two concerning 595 Dean, the others more generally promoting the Brooklyn lifestyle.
Regarding About Us, the website states:
Bond with Brooklyn was founded on the principle of community engagement for community betterment. We strive to connect our neighbors with local events and festivals, organizations, and opportunities for local meetups in Williamsburg, Downtown Brooklyn, Prospect Heights and beyond.
A 2/9/23 post on the blog, Free Skate Event at LeFrak Center at Lakeside in Prospect Park, more candidly states:
Today, Bond With Brooklyn - a Brooklyn-centric initiative for community building spearheaded by leading real estate developer TF Cornerstone - in partnership with Prospect Park Alliance and Lakeside Brooklyn, announced a free community skate event at the LeFrak Center at Lakeside in Prospect Park.
A 12/30/22 post, Bond with #BKLYN Advent Calendar 2022, points to multiple TF Cornerstone properties:
With 33 Bond nestled in downtown Brooklyn, 250 N 10th and 223 N 8th ST serving the Williamsburg populous - we can confidently say this is not our first rodeo navigating the largest Borough in NYC. With our newest property 595 Dean, set to open Spring of 2023 – we continuously strive to familiarize ourselves with Brooklyn and all that it has to offer. Our Instagram, @BondwithBrooklyn is dedicated to keeping the community up to date with Brooklyn happenings and the hottest spots in town.On Instagram
