A community notice circulated yesterday indicated that next Wednesday (March 7) the sidewalk outside the B12 site, on the north side of Dean Street between Carlton and Vanderbilt avenues, will be repaired.
Roadway repair will be performed immediately following the sidewalk repair, and may continue into the evening. Street markings will be done after the roadway repair is completed. This is outside a site that's been dormant for years, ever since 615 Pacific was announced (in September 2015) and put on hold.
