No parking on Pacific Street opposite railyard Thursday and Friday as Con Ed does installation

According to a Community Notice circulated Friday by Pacific Park Brooklyn, there will be no parking on the south side of Pacific Street between Sixth and Carlton avenues on Thursday, October 22, and Friday, October 23, from 7 am through 6 pm.

(There's combat parking, by the way, on the north side of Pacific outside of the work zone. See bottom.)

Con Edison will be installing temporary power on Pacific Street for the 535 Carlton Avenue project site, as indicated in the announcement below.

This was not disclosed in the most recent Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park Construction Update, but, then again, that document offers an all-purpose CYA that "the scope and nature of activities are subject to change based upon field conditions."
