If you're looking for a site that needs freshening badly, why not try BUILD's website: http://www.buildbrooklyn.org?
ReplyDeleteThe "News" page hasn't had anything added since July of 2005.
The message board on the site (http://www.buildbrooklyn.org/forum/index.php) hasn't had a post since 2007, and those from 2007 are simply spam.
The "Facts and Myths" page (http://www.buildbrooklyn.org/index.php?sect_id=fact ) contains outright lies that were exposed long ago, but haven't apparently been updated since 2004.
It's worth a visit to those who enjoy poking around in cluttered attics.
BUILD is not dead, but you wouldn't know it by its website.
