"Anti-masker" construction worker at/near Atlantic Yards site said to harass dad and 6 y.o. son. Developer said to take action. What exactly?

Yesterday, as indicated in the tweets below, "an anti-masker construction worker" at/near the B4 (18 Sixth Ave.) site harassed a dad and his six-year old son "screaming 'Take that muzzle off your kid." 

While no one from the developer(s)/contractor/state responded publicly on Twitter, a representative of the master developer, as indicated in the tweet at bottom, "responded promptly & appropriately...& took action," according to the complainant.

sites have diff developers, & subcontractors, tho Greenland USA is master developer and @EmpireStateDev is supposed to monitor

OK, the #18Sixth site is a joint project of Greenland USA & The Brodsky Organization.
Tishman Construction is main contractor (part of @AECOMTishman)
Surely various subcontractors
But @pacificparkbk & @EmpireStateDev should be monitoring this (and I'll contact them separately)

follow-up: a sympathetic exec at Greenland responded promptly & appropriately to an email from my husband & took action at the site. 6yo still too upset to talk about it, but good to know it won't be tolerated. When I inquired, I was told by a representative of the developer that the complaint was "being investigated and addressed with the construction teams." 

I was told by Empire State Development that it was "being addressed by the Developer and Construction Team." That said, the state should not merely outsource this but apply oversight.
