The document is below. One note is that the original URL, according to Empire State Development, indicates it's a presentation for the AY CDC, or Atlantic Yards Community Development Corporation, which might meet next week.
Otherwise, without greater annotation, it doesn't explain much beyond track work, East Portal work, building demolition (on the "bump" buildings that jut below Atlantic Avenue to the railyard), a plan for overnight work that very night, and a rather impenetrable diagram of MPT, or Maintenance and Protection of Traffic, at Vanderbilt and Atlantic avenues.
