Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park infographics: what's built/what's coming/what's missing, who's responsible, + project FAQ/timeline (pinned post)

OK, the first of 40 steel deliveries during overnight hours might begin Sunday night. Over what period of time? Stay tuned.

Last Monday, when I got a copy of the latest two-week Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park Construction Alert, I thought an ambiguous statement about steel deliveries for the Barclays Center's planned green roof deserved clarification:
Steel installation has commenced, with large steel truss deliveries slated to commence November 17th. Deliveries will be made to both the B3 and Atlantic Avenue crane locations. Deliveries to the B3 crane location will be staged on the Dean Street and 6th Avenue sidewalks. Given that they are oversized loads, deliveries of the large steel trusses will be made during overnight hours in accordance with DOT regulations.
So I followed up with a question to Empire State Development, the state agency issuing the document, which is first prepared by Greenland Forest City Partners:
How many deliveries (min-max) are expected per week (or night), and for how many weeks? Is this Sunday overnight through Thursday overnight (for work M-F) or are Friday and Saturday nights included?
On Thursday, I got a partial answer:
A total of 40 deliveries is expected – deliveries are expected to occur during overnight hours Sunday through Thursday for work Monday through Friday and during Friday nights for potential work on Saturday.
But that didn't explain whether the 40 deliveries would occur in one week, or over a longer period of time, so I sought further clarification. I got a response Friday, but it wasn't full clarification:
The schedule for deliveries will be based on when the steel can be raised which will be based on the event schedule for the arena – further details will follow.
