As predicted, parking/idling problems persist outside arena during Bocelli concert

Despite warnings last week that the Andrea Bocelli concert at the Barclays Center last night would be a magnet for illegal parking and idling, given that many concert-goers would use limos and black cards, the problem, according to Atlantic Yards Watch, persisted.
