So that lawsuit over a late Madonna concert at Barclays is gone

Just following up on a class-action suit announced (link) last January regarding a Madonna concert at the Barclays Center that started way late.

Well, the case is gone.

The plaintiffs in June claimed to have reached a settlement prompting defense layers to write that that was inaccurate, and that "defendants do not agree with plaintiffs’ position that each party should bear its own fees and costs."

According to a list of documents, the case was later dismissed, though the court retained jurisdiction to impose sanctions.
