Barclays Center releases October 2024 event calendar: 15 ticketed events, including 8 concerts. More Liberty games possible. Today: amplified sound starts at 4:30.

The Barclays Center yesterday circulated its October 2024 event calendar to neighbors, announcing at least 15 ticketed events.

It includes four Brooklyn Nets games (two of them pre-season), eight* concerts, one Gold Over America gymnastics tour, one WWE wrestling event, and at least one New York Liberty WNBA game, which today is preceded by amplified sound on the plaza beginning at 4;30 pm.

Note: nine concerts are listed, but the Myke Towers concert has been postponed. 

Also note: another semi-final game in the WNBA playoffs is possible, if the series against the Las Vegas Aces goes to five games. Then, if the Liberty win the series, at least two, and possible three home finals games would be held in Brooklyn.

Also note one non-ticketed event: the Just Brooklyn Prize on Oct. 30, an award funded by the Social Justice Fund of the Joe and Clara Wu Tsai Foundation, owner of the arena company, Nets, and Liberty.

October 2023

The October 2023 event calendar had 12 ticketed events, plus one private event. It included three Nets games (two of them pre-season), six concerts, one comedy show, and two Liberty WNBA Finals games.
