Barclays Center VP Community Relations Roland Guevara yesterday circulated the March arena calendar.
This latest iteration helpfully contains the time the doors open, the official start time, and the expected end time of events. It does lack any mention of the expected size of the crowd, which was in previous iterations until the calendars were suspended last year.
It also indicates "expected exterior impacts"--promotional events? fan gathering?--for the boxing event this Saturday, March 4. "Please stand by for more details," the calendar says.
Guevara also announced the hiring of Sarah Berlenbach, the arena's new Director of External Affairs. (She formerly worked in policy and correspondence for the Office of the Vice President.)
He also alerted local recipients to the next Barclays Center Cares community meeting, March 27 at the arena. He said an invite will be circulated.
