The circus load-in and street closure stretches longer than announced

So two streets around the Barclays Center, Dean Street between Flatbush and Sixth avenues, and Sixth Avenue between Atlantic Avenue and Dean Street, were supposed to be closed yesterday from 8 am until noon.

Of course it stretched out. "due to delays in the production schedule, nypd has extended dean st. traffic restrictions through this evening - ending around 8pm," wrote arena Community Affairs Manager Terence Kelly to neighbors yesterday at 3:35 pm. "thank you for your patience and consideration in this matter."

Indeed, according to a report and photo I got from a resident, the circus unloading was continuing as late as 10:30 pm. The photo below is of Sixth Avenue north of Dean Street, pointing south, with the arena block to the right.
