The next Atlantic Yards Quality of Life Committee Meeting will be held on:

As noted in a message from Derek Lynch of Empire State Development, the state agency overseeing the project:

This Meeting is a forum for representatives from the community and civic groups to engage Empire State Development, Forest City Ratner Companies and Barclays Center operators regarding issues affecting the quality of life for residents and businesses in close proximity to the arena.
Please remember to designate only 1 representative from your organization to directly participate and RSVP that individual’s name and contact information to me, at dlynch@esd.ny.gov
In addition, please email me items that you would like to see discussed at the next meeting by Friday, September 20th.

The meeting is open to the public for observation.

I expect that among the issues to be discussed include the MTV Video Music Awards, the continued organization of lines going east (as opposed to west, as once promised) for general admission events, and other incidents mentioned on Atlantic Yards Watch.
