An updated graphic, perhaps premature, regarding Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park ownership

Maybe it's premature, but, given that a new joint venture, led by Cirrus Real Estate Partners and LCOR, is anticipated to take over the project, I asked my frequent collaborator Ben Keel to update the graphic below.

Of course, if and when Cirrus and LCOR take over, their minority partners--Greenland USA, and Fortress Investment Group and an affiliate of the U.S. Immigration Fund--will require mention.

New buildings and new architects could well emerge. If so, that graphic might get a whole lot busier.
