In Comprehensive Plan from Brooklyn Borough President Reynoso, a clear sense of divisions in Brooklyn by race, class, and more.

I'll write more about this shortly, but two weeks ago Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso released The Comprensive Plan for Brooklyn: A Vision for a Healthier, More Equitable Borough (also bottom) to guide his response--mostly in an advisory capacity--to growth and change in Brooklyn.

As City Planning Commissioner Leah Goodridge (and others) noticed, there are some illuminating charts in the document that clearly show how Brooklyn is divided by race and class, among other identifiers.

That helps Reynoso argue for shared responsibilities for, say, adding density and affordability.
