New owners of former Pintchik properties now pitching "The Retail at Flatbush and Bergen," with a wobbly map. Coming: Xi'an Famous Foods, Skinny Louie's.
The pitch, as shown in the screenshot at right, is "The Retail at Flatbush and Bergen," with the cover of the slideshow focusing on the nearby Barclays Center, not any of the parcels at issue.
Note that the image is a bit misleading, since it suggests that, at the top left (the northeast corner of the area block), there are two medium-height towers rather than one taller one. See photo below left for contrast.
Looking more closely
The full slideshow is at bottom, but it's worth looking at the slide excerpted below, because it has both some news and some errors of convenience. It also emphasizes the more recent (and bigger name) tenants in the area.
The news
Coming are outposts of two small chains: New York-based Xi'an Famous Foods, at 194 Flatbush Avenue, once home to the clothing boutique Versailles; and Florida-based Skinny Louies's, a smashburger joint, at 218 Flatbush, longtime home to the pizzeria Gino's, which is apparently ending its run. (The Xi'an lease was previously reported.)

Though the slide does name that lingerie shop, the building hasn't been renovated, and there's a good bet Savage x Fenty won't arrive.
Also, Brooklyn Public Library's Pacific branch should be along Fourth Avenue between Pacific Street and Dean Street, not below Atlantic Avenue.
Then again, Pacific Street is completely omitted from the map, so Site 5--bounded by Pacific Street, Flatbush Avenue, Fourth Avenue, and Atlantic Avenue--is omitted. That means that the home of Brooklyn Basketball, in the former Modell's parcel at Site 5, is misplaced. It should be south of Atlantic Avenue, not north of it.
