Beyond jobs at arena, parent BSE Global has numerous openings, including for partnership marketing and ticket pricing. An EVP and SVP just hired, as well.

Last week I wrote about available jobs at the Barclays Center, either in food service (Levy Restaurants) or in operations (ASM Global)

But BSE Global, "the parent company of Barclays Center, the Brooklyn Nets, its NBA G League team the Long Island Nets, and its NBA 2K League affiliate NetsGC," and a provider of shared services to the WNBA's New York Liberty, also has several a large number of openings, detailed below. Nearly all are full-time.

I'm most intrigued by the clear focus--unsurprising in today's world of "sports entertainment corporations" (aka teams)--on maximizing revenue from sponsorships and dynamic ticket pricing.

Also, we know that teams, especially the Nets, are aiming at the market in China, and one opening, for Coordinator, Chinese Media Platforms, reinforces that.

Recent hires

Ramping up for the upcoming NBA season, BSE Global just announced two new hires.

It also yesterday announced the hiring of Catherine Carlson, formerly of the Philadelphia Eagles, as Executive Vice President of Global Partnerships to lead partnership sales, development and activation across all company properties. In other words, seek new sponsors.

Also, 9/12/22, Sports Business Journal reported, based on a press release, that Kenny Koperda, formerly of the New York Mets, has been hired as SVP/Ticketing & Premium Seating, overseeing Premium Development and Hospitality, Membership Sales & Service, and Group Sales Departments for BSE Global.
