Barclays Center releases October 2019 calendar: 13 ticketed events, including 5 Brooklyn Nets games and eight concerts (no Isles)
The Barclays Center yesterday circulated a Community Notice listing October 2019 events at the arena.
There are 13 ticketed events, including two pre-season Brooklyn Nets games and three regular-season ones, eight concerts (including one TBD). That's five fewer events than October 2018, when there were more concerts and three New York Islanders games. The Islanders have shifted even more games to the Nassau Coliseum this year.
There's also one private, non-ticketed event, the subject of which was not disclosed.
Note: expect the Oct. 25 game against the longtime rival New York Knicks to be a boisterous sellout, with new and longtime Nets fans looking to lord it over the more storied franchise, given the Nets' coup in signing two All-Star free agents, while the Knicks whiffed.

In October 2018, there were 18 ticketed events, including four Nets games (including one preseason), three Islanders games, and eleven concerts.
There were also four private events (including two involving Goldman Sachs), plus two separate "media day" events for college basketball tournaments.
