Outside Barclays Center, the problem recurs: many limos idling/standing illegally (despite empty space in assigned area)
As noted on Atlantic Yards Watch, last night, for the final night of Beyonce's three shows at the Barclays Center, only a fraction of the Atlantic Avenue spaces assigned to black cars/limos were used, while many vehicles idled on neighborhood streets.
Clearly the message is not getting out.
At about 2:50 of the video above, there's even a limo idling in a crosswalk on Atlantic Avenue, though there are open parking spaces nearby.
But Beyonce rules

Amen “@effedparkslope: My favorite thing about seeing #Beyonce at Barclays is how the concert ended 15 minutes ago and I'm already home.”
