From the 6/8/21 Wall Street Journal, Sarah Feinberg Tapped to Lead New York’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority:
Ms. Feinberg has served since March 2020 as interim head of the MTA division that runs New York City’s subway and buses. Now, she will oversee the entire state-controlled authority with an almost $18 billion budget. Before the pandemic, the agency carried about 8 million daily riders on subways, buses and two commuter rail lines.
She will replace MTA Chairman and Chief Executive Patrick Foye, who is expected to be appointed as interim president and CEO at the state’s economic development arm, Empire State Development, the MTA official said.
Well, now we have a new governor, who wants to build her own team.

The upshot: the next ESD head will have a lot on their plate, with probably little bandwidth for Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park.
