Catching up on Instagram: clogged streets/sidewalks, illegal parking, improper unloading

Just in the past few days, civilian watchdogs have noticed clogged streets and sidewalks at both Sixth and Vanderbilt avenues, illegal parking, and improper unloading around the Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park site.

Box blocked at Atlantic and Vanderbilt despite traffic agent. Vanderbilt was the culprit. For much of the afternoon each intersection from Bergen Street in Prospect Heights to Greene Street in Clinton Hill was failed, (meaning a worse than 80 second delay).
