From the latest Construction Update: work to install lighting starts tonight at the railyard, through early Monday; more trucks/workers at B4 and B15
The latest Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park Construction Update (bottom), covering the two weeks beginning Monday, Dec. 23, was circulated today at 12:36 pm by Empire State Development (ESD) after preparation by Greenland Forest City Partners.
While that seems like lead time, it's not, because it contains a material change starting tonight, which should've been announced earlier, as an update to the previous two-week Construction Update. That document cited weekend work as Saturday daytime:
At both B14 (18 Sixth) and B15 (664 or 662 Pacific), the document states:
At the towers
Also, at 550 Vanderbilt (B11), tenant fit-out work in ground floor retail space is ongoing. That could mean the eventual arrival of Beer Street, which previously was aiming at November.
At 535 Carlton Avenue (B14), open space repair work is ongoing.
At 38 6th Avenue (B3), minor façade repair work is ongoing.
Fence repair
While the B12 and B13 sites are not expected to begin construction until next year, the contractor may again repair parts of the existing construction fence at both sites.
