Overnight work tomorrow at B3 site so Con Edison can place transformers

A community notice from Pacific Park Brooklyn regarding fence modification today and overnight work tomorrow, Thursday, November 10, at the B3 site, 38 Sixth Avenue, at Sixth Avenue between Dean and Pacific streets:

As part of the construction of the Pacific Park Brooklyn project Con Edison contractors will be placing transformers for 38 Sixth Avenue (B3) on Thursday Nov. 10 during the overnight hours.
The project fence will need to be modified to accommodate this work. This will be completed on November 9 in advance of the Con Edison work.

There's no mention of the noise and disruption expected, but I doubt it's negligible.
