Sixth Avenue between Dean and Pacific *will not* close this weekend for crane assembly/installation (updated)

Well, they're canceling this again, blaming the weather (didn't they know the forecast?).

Remember how last weekend, to install a crane, they were supposed to close Sixth Avenue between Pacific and Dean streets to through traffic beginning Saturday at 6 am until Sunday February at 9 pm?

It didn't happen. (Weather? Or because it was not a good time to be installing a crane, after a tragic accident in Manhattan?)

It's been re-scheduled to this weekend.
