Will there be 363 apartments in first Atlantic Yards tower as planned? FCR's Sanna says "about 330"

Maybe Forest City Ratner construction chief Bob Sanna was just being sloppy with numbers, or maybe he was revealing a tweak in plans for the first Atlantic Yards tower, B2.

The building, as shown in a Forest City Enterprises investor presentation released last June (right), has long been planned to contain 363 apartments.

In a video accompanying to a Daily News article about the developer's modular housing efforts, Sanna first said that B2 would have "over 300 apartments."

Later, he more specifically said the 900 different modules "will form about 330 apartments on site." (I'm not sure if any units on the lower floors are expected to be the product of conventional constructio, or if they've changed the configuration by trading studios/1BRs for larger units.)

If that's a change, well, it won't be the first. The building, as noted in the screenshot above right, was once supposed to open in the second quarter of 2014, but has since been pushed back about six months.
