Forest City to demolish 10 MetroTech office building on Fulton Street for new residential structure

The factory-turned-office-building at 625 Fulton Street was home to, among other offices, that of BUILD (Brooklyn United for Innovative Local Development).

Here's some of the backstory on the building, the north end of which already became the 80 DeKalb tower.
