Utility work closing Dean Street lane for a week starting Monday

According to a Community Notice sent yesterday by Pacific Park Brooklyn, water connection and telecommunications utility work on Dean Street between Flatbush and Sixth avenues--flanking the B2 and B3 towers--starting Monday, October 3 will require a "partial lane closure" for the week.

While pathways will remain open to pedestrians, it is unclear whether "partial lane closure" means that the street is fully blocked to vehicles. Given the existing construction fences, I'm assuming it will be, but will update when I learn more.
