As circus arrives, traffic freezes on Dean outside arena Wednesday night for load-in (and again March 6 for load-out)

The circus is coming, which means traffic freezes outside the Barclays Center on Dean Street for load-in starting Wednesday at midnight and load-out starting on March 6 at 10 pm.

Barclays Center Community Affairs Manager Terence Kelly writes:
Ringling Bros. Circus - Community Notice: Temporary Traffic Changes on Wednesday 2/24/16 (tomorrow overnight)

In the service of a safe and expeditious circus load-in, the NYPD will introduce and direct temporary changes to vehicular traffic on the arena block late tomorrow night.

Dean Street between Flatbush & 6th Avenues will experience traffic freezes & vehicle restrictions during the following times:
Wednesday, February 24th from 12am until 10am (expected end time)
Sunday, March 6th 10pm through Monday, March 7th 11am

All crosswalks will remain clear and fire lanes will be preserved throughout both periods of production activity.
